At KEEPANEYEON.CO.UK we do what it says on the tin. We keep an eye on your holiday property or second home in the West Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

For a flat fee per annum (or part thereof) we will make regular inspections of your property to check for anything untoward – storm damage, electrical or plumbing problems, security problems, water ingress, etc. Simple matters will be put right immediately and for anything more complex we shall report back to you for further instructions. We can carry out most minor building repairs ourselves, and we can contact local Building Tradesmen on your behalf if more specialised work is required.

Services

In addition to interior and exterior building works, we can also undertake

  • Painting and Decorating Work
  • Gardening Maintenance
  • Chimney Sweeping
  • Fuel Replenishing (firewood, gas, coal, peat, etc)
  • Watering House Plants
  • Installation and maintenance of Security Systems

If you are letting your property we can undertake Key-holding services for you, we can organise your Changeovers and Cleaning Services and we can personally welcome your guests if required.

Forwarding of your mail and the management of telephone, electricity and other services can also be part of our remit should you require it.

Fees

Regular house inspections (at least once a fortnight but more frequently after inclement weather) cost £240 per annum, or £12 per month.

All maintenance jobs will be individually priced. Our rates are reasonable and competitive and will include an estimate of the labour required and a costing of materials.

Project Management of larger projects will be charged at 5% of the total cost of the job.
